No Return, No Exchange & Refund Policy

All purchases made through our store are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed. We take great care to ensure that products are properly checked and packed before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging as proof. Our team will review the issue and, if the claim is approved, provide an appropriate resolution.

Products that have been used, altered, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior approval will not be eligible for any resolution. We reserve the right to assess each case individually and make the final decision based on the evidence provided.
